1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. The site is operated by Juju's Protein Snacks ("we", "us", "our").
By browsing the store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Who can order
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your province, territory or country of residence, and you must provide accurate, complete information at checkout.
We ship nationwide across Canada and internationally. Because our cookie dough is made fresh and requires temperature control, some products are available only for in-store purchase from our retail partners. Availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.
3. Your account
You may create an account to track orders and manage a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
4. Products and availability
We make fresh, small-batch protein cookie dough and freeze-dried protein snacks. Because production runs are small, availability changes and items may sell out.
We try to display products, ingredients and packaging accurately, but colours on your screen may differ from the real product and packaging is updated from time to time. Always read the label on the product you receive — it takes precedence over anything on this website.
5. Pricing and taxes
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Free shipping is available on some orders; eligibility depends on the delivery location and is confirmed at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you complete checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour that price.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send when you check out acknowledges that we received your order — it does not by itself form a contract. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where the product is unavailable, where we cannot ship safely to your address, where we suspect fraud, or where an error in price or description has occurred. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We accept the methods shown at checkout, which currently include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
We do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
8. Shipping and risk
Our products are perishable. They are mixed, packed frozen and shipped under temperature control, and are never held in transit over a weekend. We dispatch on a strict weekday schedule:
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday before noon are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after noon on Thursday through Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and transit times depend on the courier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please refrigerate or freeze your order as soon as it arrives — our products keep refrigerated or frozen for up to 3 months after delivery, and should be kept refrigerated once opened.
9. Returns and refunds
Because the product is perishable, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, melted, incorrect or incomplete, we will replace or refund it in full. Full detail is in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Subscriptions
We offer a subscription programme. Subscribing gives you 10% off monthly deliveries, or 15% off deliveries once every two weeks. The discount applies for as long as the subscription is active.
You are never locked in. You can skip a shipment, swap your flavour selection or cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Changes and cancellations take effect from your next scheduled delivery — an order already packed for dispatch cannot be cancelled.
Each recurring order is charged to your saved payment method on your chosen schedule at the price and discount in effect at the time it is placed. If we change subscription pricing we will tell you before the next renewal. If a payment fails we may pause the subscription until it is resolved.
11. Allergens and nutrition
All three cookie dough flavours are gluten-free and nut-free, and are made in a certified facility. Each product carries a full allergen statement for that flavour, covering dairy, eggs, soy and any facility cross-contact risks.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, read the allergen statement on the product you receive before eating it, and contact us if anything is unclear. Nutrition figures are typical values and may vary slightly between batches.
12. Health disclaimer
Our products are food, not medicine or a meal replacement. Nothing on this site is medical or nutritional advice, and no statement here should be taken as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition or taking medication, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet.
13. Promotions and bundles
Discount codes, bundle pricing, subscription discounts and promotional offers are valid only for the period stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. Bundling all three flavours saves up to 25% compared with buying individually, and is available while supplies last. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time before an order is placed.
14. Intellectual property
The Juju's Protein Snacks name and logo, our packaging design, product photography, recipes, and the text and layout of this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content commercially, or use our branding, without our written permission. Retail and wholesale partners may use our approved assets under a separate agreement.
15. Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing, with attribution to the name you supply.
You confirm that what you send is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit for length or decline to publish anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. We are not obliged to keep submissions confidential or to pay for them.
16. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break any law, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with the site's security or operation, or to resell our products commercially without a wholesale agreement with us.
17. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Your dealings with a third party are between you and them.
18. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law, this site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the results obtained from using it will be accurate or reliable.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product bought through it, including lost profits or lost data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian consumer law. Nothing here reduces the rights you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juju's Protein Snacks and its directors, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
21. Privacy
Personal information you provide is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
22. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own province or country of residence.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one posted here, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
24. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent.
